I crafted a logo for Nelson Meadows, a new housing development community in Fernley, Nevada which is known for its picturesque landscapes, wide-open spaces, and close-knit community. The logo features a quail with wheat-like stems in soft blues and yellows, representing Fernley's agricultural roots and scenic beauty. The modern font used in the logo is bold, sophisticated, and simple, reflecting the development's contemporary vision. The logo embodies the spirit of Fernley's past and future, offering a glimpse into the natural beauty and community-focused lifestyle.

Nelson Meadows was developed by the same team behind Warm Springs Estates and Desert Oasis which are the other logos here for other housing developments in nearby cities. We wanted to create a cohesive look so they would be recognizable, but each represent the uniqueness of their area.
