I crafted a logo for Warm Springs Estates, a new housing development community in Palamino Valley, Nevada which is known for its natural beauty with expansive views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. It's also known for its equestrian facilities and events, drawing horse enthusiasts from across the region. To reflect all of this, the logo features wild horses with mountains in the background with soft browns, yellows and oranges. The modern font used in the logo is bold, sophisticated, and simple, reflecting the development's contemporary vision.
Warm Springs Estates was developed by the same team behind Desert Oasis and Nelson Meadows which are the other logos here for other housing developments in nearby cities. We wanted to create a cohesive look so they would be recognizable, but each represent the uniqueness of their area.
